Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (NICU) to provide specialized nursing care to newborns requiring intensive medical attention. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care while working collaboratively with neonatologists and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Assist neonatologists and pediatricians during medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
• Operate and monitor NICU equipment (ventilators, incubators, monitors, etc.)
• Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety standards are strictly followed
• Educate and support parents regarding neonatal care and recovery
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Education: BSN / General Nursing (PNC Registered)
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant NICU or Paeds experience
• Strong clinical, observational, and communication skills
