Night Shift

• 7:00pm-7:00am
• 12-hour shifts (Adult/Dual & Gero)
• 36-hour work week
• Rotating weekends & rotating holidays

Starts @ $40 per hour as a new grad.

Addl. compensation for RN experience

Addl. $2/hour for 7p-7a shift differential

Addl. $4/hour performance incentive paid out every 6 weeks

Job Summary

Our nurses focus on monitoring and assessing psychiatric patients overnight. They administer medications and respond to our patients' emergent needs. Using WellSky, documenting patient progress and collaborating with day shift teams is crucial for effective patient care. Our nurses provide emotional support and de-escalation when needed. They will also participate in overnight admissions and discharge prep.

Minimum Qualifications

· Graduate of accredited school of nursing

· Current Ohio Registered Nurse license

· Current BLS

· Bachelor’s degree in nursing, preferred

· Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferred
