Registered Nurse / Nurse Assistant (Home Health Care)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Nurse Assistant to join our professional team and contribute to our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality home-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
• Perform IV cannulation, administer IV infusions, and carry out all related intravenous procedures safely and efficiently.
• Conduct blood collection and phlebotomy with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide wound care, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and routine patient assessments.
• Support patients with chronic condition management, rehabilitation, and post-operative recovery.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient documentation, reports, and care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, confidentiality, and ethical care.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DHA License or eligibility letter (mandatory).
• Degree or diploma in Nursing or an accredited Nursing Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience in home care or clinical settings is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in IV cannulation, blood collection, and core nursing procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-relations skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client locations across Dubai.
