Registered Nurse- Oncology Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Nurse- Oncology Clinical Coordinator to lead and coordinate patient care activities within our healthcare facility. Duties

• Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation to ensure accurate and timely records in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Manage clinical workflows related to medication administration, IV infusion, and patient education.
• Coordinating with providers, care team, and labs to develop comprehensive care plans that include oral and IV chemotherapy.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCCN standards while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with current state registration; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Oncology is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, chemotherapy, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations .
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Mosaiq, familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding and medical documentation standards.
• Demonstrates good clinical judgment effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to triage urgent situations swiftly and accurately.

Pay: $40.55 - $50.00 per hour
