Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Briarwood Nursing and Rehab in Flint, Michigan. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continued excellence in patient care

• Provide emotional support and empathy to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical demands of a nursing environment
