Registered Nurse, Outpatient Clinics

A critical access hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across multiple outpatient clinics and specialties. As a Clinic Float RN, you will support clinic operations by covering staffing needs, assisting providers, and ensuring safe, efficient patient care across assigned clinics. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient-centered, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent clinical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards, clinic protocols, and provider orders
• Float between multiple outpatient clinics and specialties as assigned
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and clinical documentation
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as ordered
• Assist with procedures and examinations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with providers, clinical staff, and support teams

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
