Job Description:

As an upscale wellness service retailer specializing in cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared therapy, body sculpting, IV/IM Infusions, IM Shots, and more, iCRYO presents abundant growth opportunities for dedicated professionals like you. As a Registered Nurse, you will be an essential cornerstone of our center's success, overseeing all healthcare-related aspects while being a part of our nursing team. You will be directly responsible for providing exceptional guest care, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment within the center while working with the Primary RN.

As a Registered Nurse you may be entitled to hourly compensation, benefits, and commission based on the center’s success.

Medical Knowledge:

• Must have a valid RN State License and CPR certification
• Proficient in all IV/IM administration with minimum 2+ years of Nursing experience

Qualifications:

• Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently without direct Physician supervision
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Teams

Essential Functions:

• Experience taking vital signs, auscultating lung sounds and using an intravenous catheter with aseptic technique
• Ability to comprehend and explain benefits of all nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals available
• Must be able to understand, follow, and enforce all of iCRYO’s protocols, procedures, safety guidelines and medical directives
• Maintain proficient charting and documentation skills per iCRYO’s standards.
• Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
