Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly organized and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing leadership and regulatory oversight for our Minnesota 245D Community Residential Services and 144G Assisted Living programs.

This role is ideal for an RN experienced in delegation, staff training, and regulatory compliance who thrives in independent, leadership-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Statutes 245D and Minnesota Statutes 144G requirements.
• Conduct nursing assessments and oversee clinical admissions.
• Develop and review service plans and medication/treatment orders.
• Delegate and supervise unlicensed staff in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act.
• Complete staff training and competency validations for medication administration.
• Monitor documentation, MARs, and clinical compliance to ensure audit readiness.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and support to residential teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Minnesota RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience with 245D and/or 144G programs strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience training and supervising unlicensed staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
