Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Care Center of Honolulu. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs in a supportive environment. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being and recovery of those in our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the medical team.
• Educate residents and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance resident care strategies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii.
• Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on respect for individual needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
