Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Mobile, AL. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to residents during the shift, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and communicating with physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and nursing support during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to physicians.
• Respond to patients' requests for assistance promptly and with compassion.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Monitor and manage medical equipment, ensuring proper function and maintenance.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Alabama.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
