Passport Health's RN training is a phased, structured program designed to prepare you for independent consults through a blend of virtual learning, simulations, mentorship, and in-clinic experience. We offer both full-time and part-time training schedules to accommodate various availability needs.
- Phase 1 – Includes an introduction call on the first Monday, online modules with a set completion schedule, CDC training modules, vaccine protocols, shadowing with an experienced nurse, virtual mentor sessions, disease simulations, and self-study.
- Phase 2 – Mock consults in studio sessions, standing order reviews, and virtual mentor sessions.
- Phase 3 – Three days of in-clinic shadowing, followed by 1–2 days of independent consults with preceptor backup.
