Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local insurance guidelines, approvals, claims, and basic medical coding practices, and will be comfortable supporting clinical operations with occasional administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with DHA standards
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Manage patient triage, vital signs, and clinical documentation
• Process insurance approvals and maintain accurate records aligned with payer requirements
• Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate coding and claim submission
• Support front desk or administrative tasks when required (e.g., patient follow-up, scheduling, documentation)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and clinic policies

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of UAE insurance processes, including approvals, coding basics, and claim workflow
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
• Proficient in electronic medical systems (EHR)
• Ability to multitask and support administrative functions when needed
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a polyclinic or multi-speciality environment.
• Familiarity with major insurance providers and TPA regulations in the UAE
• Basic knowledge of medical coding (ICD/CPT)
• Tagalog speaker required.
