RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document resident health conditions accurately

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the healthcare team

• Participate in care planning and quality assurance initiatives

• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans

• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current RN Registered Nurse license in New Jersey

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Long-term care or subacute rehab experience preferred; new grads welcome

• Team-oriented with a focus on resident comfort, dignity, and safety
