Summary:

<li>Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents
</li>
<li>Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
</li>
<li>Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
</li>
<li>Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
</li>
<li>Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
</li>
<li>Other duties as needed or assigned

</ul>Qualifications:

<li>Current Maine RN
</li>
<li>Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)</li></ul></div>
