Position Details

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Schedule: 30+ hours per week

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Service Area: Patients across Metro Atlanta

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care coordination

Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans

Document patient progress accurately and timely

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in every visit

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license

Home Health Experience Preferred (but Not Required)

Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Reliable transportation to travel across Metro Atlanta
