Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with care plans
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
• Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, and health management
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with legal and organisational standards
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality protocols
• Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when required

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience (homecare experience preferred)
• Current CPR / BLS certification
• Knowledge of homecare practices, patient safety, and clinical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
