Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary: MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE Full Time/Part Time/PRN
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for home health to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including assisted living facilities and critical care environments. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, patient assessment, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes in condition.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on OASIS assessments.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, including family planning and chronic disease processes.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including coding for billing purposes, while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in assisted living, home health or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with nursing duties, including lifting and moving patients as required.
- Familiarity with OASIS assessments and coding practices is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in nursing care.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
