Registered Nurse

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate care across multiple healthcare settings
- Provide acute care for patients with complex medical conditions
-- Experience working with children and providing age-appropriate care
- Supervise and oversee progress notes for LPN's and CNA's.

-1:1 working ratio

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of GA
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but Associate's degree accepted
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient in Cerner or similar electronic medical record system
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a slow-paced environment. Assessments and care are done in the patients home in a one-on-one setting.
