Registered Nurse (RN)

Job description:

Awesome Companionship Care is looking for nurses that are able to work independently and effective. Have a great personality and excellent communication skills. Being able to work with a divers group of people while staying in compliance with the State of Ohio, following all Medicaid/Medicare guidelines.

JOB OVERVIEW;

RN to insure clients and staff files are up to date. Maintaining reviews, assisting in orientation, training classes and continuing education classes that this agency provides. Being able to be a discipline and motivate staff and clients at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
+ Educate and coordinate education classes with current or new care aids

+ Client Nurse visits every 30-50 days

+ Lead orientation and education training classes

+ Reviewing Care Aides files
+ Answer calls from clients and caregivers
+ Minting client visits with scheduler - Documentation/ New and current client cases.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE LAPTOP AND/OR TABLET TO PLACE AGENCY SOFTWARE
+Nursing Degree , state specific licensed nurse credential
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Previous experience working in Home Health Agency
+ Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the clients/ care aide best interest

+ Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding
