Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform administrative and resident care duties as assigned
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed care; record vital signs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resident conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
• Give and receive shift reports; handle telephone inquiries

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• CPR/AED certification required
• Experience in hospital, long-term care, subacute, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus
