Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and leadership team to provide patient care.
• Oversee and direct LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical support staff in performing nursing procedures and treatments according to physician orders and patient needs.
• Review nurses’ notes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer treatments and medications, start IVs, and chart/document as required.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
• Ensure a kind, positive, and safe work environment, maintaining professional communication and escalating any concerns to the ADON or DON.

Requirements:

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
