Minimum pay $47.00. Maximum pay - $56.16.
**Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.**
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report significant changes to physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions, care plans, and post-discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being of residents.
