Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You’ll play a vital role in providing quality clinical care, supporting resident independence, and enhancing overall well-being. - Deliver hands-on nursing care and manage clinical needs of residents in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Document all resident interactions and clinical observations in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives.
- Maintain a compassionate, resident-centered approach consistent with the organization’s mission and values.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred (new graduates welcomed with strong interest in geriatric care).
