Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Location: Buffalo Prairie Care Center
Schedule: Days 6am - 6pm, Nights 6pm - 6am

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You’ll play a vital role in providing quality clinical care, supporting resident independence, and enhancing overall well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and manage clinical needs of residents in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Document all resident interactions and clinical observations in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and safety initiatives.
• Maintain a compassionate, resident-centered approach consistent with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred (new graduates welcomed with strong interest in geriatric care).
• Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and resident advocacy.
