Registered Nurse (RN)

```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized prescribers
- Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, IV insertion, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

```Requirements```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting
- Proficient in performing nursing procedures such as IV insertion and wound care
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Athenahealth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist patients with mobility as needed
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and older adults

Pay: $40.80 - $50.00 per hour
