Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations, in alignment with facility policies and clinical standards
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition while maintaining accurate medical records
• Partner with team members to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health management and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff development
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Nursing degree preferred
