We are hiring a part-time RN Injector who is serious about building a book of business within a company environment.

Position Overview

The RN Aesthetic Injector is responsible for performing injectable treatments, maintaining clinical excellence, and actively contributing to revenue growth.

This is not a remote or on-call role. Injectors are required to be physically present in the clinic during scheduled shifts, even if not fully booked.

Responsibilities

• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments safely and effectively • Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate charting and compliance documentation • Follow company treatment protocols and pricing structure • Remain onsite during scheduled shifts • Participate in marketing initiatives (content creation, events, promotions) • Support client retention and retail sales • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment space

Schedule Requirements

• Minimum 2 clinic days per week • Schedule set in advance and approved by management • Injector must remain onsite during scheduled hours • Schedule changes require approval

Compensation

Commission-Based | Sliding Scale (Based on Monthly Collected Revenue)

• 35% on revenue up to $15,000

• 40% on revenue between $15,001 – $25,000

• 45% on revenue between $25,001 – $40,000 • 48% on revenue exceeding $40,000

• 10% commission on personal retail sales

Performance bonuses available for:

• Monthly revenue milestones

Paid through standard payroll cycles as a W-2 employee.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license

• Aesthetic injecting experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy

• Professional presentation and strong communication skills

• Revenue-focused mindset

• Comfortable contributing to marketing efforts
