Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic / Ambulatory Care

Location: Bronx, NY 10451
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
(1-hour unpaid lunch)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a fast-paced Clinic/Ambulatory Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in medical-surgical or outpatient environments, and excellent patient care abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinic/ambulatory setting
• Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as required
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with procedures and care coordination
• Accurately document patient information and clinical activities
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg or clinic setting
• Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program

Certifications & Licensure

• Active New York State RN License
• Primary Source Verification through NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• AHA BLS Certification (required)
• AHA ACLS Certification (required for Queens only)
