What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, in-home nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform wound care and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and maintaining independence.
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Document patient progress and update care plans to reflect changing needs.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
• At least one year of nursing experience (home health, hospice, or acute care preferred).
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Compassion, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of accountability.
