Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor for Home Health Aide Training

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Aide Instructor. In this role, you will teach and guide aspiring home health aides, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging instructional content for home health aide training programs.
• Provide hands-on skills training and assessments in compliance with state regulations.
• Ensure students understand safety protocols, patient care techniques, and effective communication practices.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and performance.

Experience

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY.
• 1-1.5 years of experience in home health care is required.
• Strong teaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing future caregivers.
• Knowledge of state regulations for home health aide training is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
