Registered Nurse (RN) – No Nights, No Weekends – Day Shift Only

Two Feather Solutions (TFS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support a federal healthcare facility in a structured clinical setting. This is a weekday-only position with consistent daytime hours — no nights or weekends.

This role supports a facility reopening and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care in an underserved community.

• Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
• Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Onsite (no remote option)
• Contract Type: 1099 (independent contractor)

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Develop and update nursing care plans
• Document all care in accordance with clinical standards
• Respond to medical emergencies and adverse reactions
• Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff
• Provide patient and family education

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (any U.S. state)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to pass federal background investigation and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment
• Experience in federal, tribal, or rural healthcare settings

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
