Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and making a real difference behind the scenes? Join our team and play a key role in preparing caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers
• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and ongoing support
• Educate caregivers on care standards, policies, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers
  
  
  

Schedule & Location:

• Every Tuesdays only
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• In-person at our Bethesda office
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership
• Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus
