We are launching a new non-skilled home health agency in Florida and are currently in the AHCA licensure process. While we are not yet operational, we are building our core team and looking for the right RN to grow with us.

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our RN Available (primary role) and Alternate Administrator (secondary role).

This is a flexible, part-time position focused on consultation, compliance support, and helping prepare the agency for operation. The role will continue after licensure approval.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RN Available for consultation on client care, safety, and caregiver practices
• Provide guidance on infection control and home care best practices
• Assist with development of care-related policies and procedures
• Serve as Alternate Administrator and be available if the Administrator is absent
• Support basic compliance, documentation, and licensure readiness

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or related experience preferred)
• Able to serve as RN Available for a non-skilled home health agency
• Eligible for Level 2 background screening
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in home care environments

Schedule

• Up to 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule

Important Note

We are currently in the AHCA licensure process and are not yet operational. This position is required for licensure and will continue once the agency is approved.

Compensation $35 – $45/hour, commensurate with experience.
