Registered Nurses (RNs) are at the center of that mission. They are responsible for delivering safe, effective, and consistent patient care while helping maintain a professional, accountable, and team-oriented environment.

RNs at Ivy:

  • Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting
  • Support clinical operations and workflows
  • Collaborate with providers and facility staff
  • Uphold standards of care and professionalism
  • Help reinforce a culture of accountability and respect

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Patient Care
  • Perform assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
  • Administer medications and treatments per protocol
  • Respond to urgent and emergent medical needs
  • Document care accurately and timely
  • Support Clinical Operations
  • Maintain efficient patient flow and care delivery
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and facility standards
  • Collaborate with the Team
  • Work closely with providers, MCS, and facility staff
  • Communicate clearly regarding patient status and needs
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Maintain Safety and Standards
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Navigate a correctional environment with awareness and accountability

Role Details

Job Type: PRN - We are looking for an RN to come in once per month or when needed to perform RN duties.

Work Location: Walla Walla County Jail

Shift Details: Shifts will be anywhere between 15 to an hour long.

Pay: $100.00 per day
