Registered Nurse (RN) / UAE NATIONAL

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in dental care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support clinical operations, ensure patient safety, and assist with dental procedures and post-operative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about both general healthcare and dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists and oral surgeons during dental procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations as needed
• Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions to patients
• Administer medications and anesthesia under supervision, if permitted
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure infection control and proper sterilization of dental instruments
• Support patient education and promote oral health awareness
• Collaborate with the dental and administrative team to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements:

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a dental or oral surgery setting
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, sterilization protocols, and infection control
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with dental software
• Previous work in oral surgery or periodontics clinics
• Multilingual abilities (a plus)
