Manager**to join our long-term care team in Wilmington, DE

• Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit
• Participate in daily clinical meetings with the nurse management
  
  

team

• Implement and interpret organizational policies
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
• Address resident and family questions or concerns
• Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives
• Active**Registered Nurse (RN) license**
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Previous Supervisor experience
