Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with passion, professionalism, and aesthetic artistry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic injector who thrives in a modern wellness environment and wants to grow with a brand that blends medical precision, aesthetic beauty, and holistic healing.

This is an independent contractor role — offering autonomy, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of regenerative and aesthetic medicine under physician leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV hydration, vitamin drips, and regenerative therapies
• Perform aesthetic injections (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, etc.)
• Conduct hormone and weight management support visits
• Perform phlebotomy and rapid diagnostics for wellness and metabolic optimization
• Educate clients on skin health, lifestyle optimization, and anti-aging strategies
• Engage with businesses, gyms, and places of worship to expand community partnerships
• Provide safe, compassionate, and transformative patient experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in aesthetics required — particularly with Botox, dermal fillers, or PRP
• Experience in IV therapy, hormone replacement, or wellness medicine a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Self-motivated and confident working autonomously
• Passion for aesthetics, regenerative health, or faith-based community wellness

Compensation & Details

• $20–$25/hour starting rate, with opportunities for performance-based increases
• Independent Contractor Role: Taxes are not deducted — RN is responsible for personal tax filings
• Flexible schedule – Part-time or full-time depending on your goals
