Special Needs Nurse / Caregiver – Job Description | Dubai, UAE

A Special Needs Nurse/Caregiver is responsible for providing full-time medical and personal care support to a 14-year-old specially challenged girl, ensuring her health, safety, emotional well-being, and daily routine management in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 dedicated care and supervision for the child.
• Assist with daily living activities including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor health condition, medications, therapy schedules, and medical appointments.
• Support emotional, behavioral, and social development with patience and compassion.
• Coordinate with parents, doctors, therapists, and school staff when required.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and comfort of the child at all times.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and provide first aid if necessary.
• Assist with educational or recreational activities suitable for the child’s condition.
• Prepare daily care reports and update family members regularly.

Requirements

• Nursing qualification or caregiver certification preferred.
• Experience working with special needs children is mandatory.
• Knowledge of child care, behavioral support, and basic medical assistance.
• Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and emotionally mature personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours and provide continuous care support.
• Good communication skills in English.
