Position Overview:
Join the Specialty Clinic team to provide essential care in the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The ideal candidate has a strong background in STI treatment and patient education and is passionate about making a difference in sexual health.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Kentucky; CPR certification

Experience: Previous STI or sexual health clinical experience is strongly preferred

Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient care, diagnosis support, and treatment procedures for STIs

Soft Skills: Strong cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with diverse patient populations
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients seeking STI services

Support diagnosis and treatment processes

Conduct patient education and prevention counseling

Work collaboratively with APRNs and physicians
