Registered Nurse (Transplant ICU)

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to transplant patients
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications, including immunosuppressive therapies
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the transplant process and post-operative care
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and assist during surgeries when necessary
• Perform wound care and manage surgical drains
• Administer blood transfusions and manage other IV therapies
• Recognize and respond to signs of transplant rejection and other complications
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the transplant journey
• Participate in ongoing education and training in transplant nursing and related fields
• Assist in research and data collection for transplant programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
