Position Overview:
Slim Easy Medical Weight Loss Clinic is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role blends clinical care with patient education, focusing on medical weight loss, hormone and peptide management, wellness, and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a client-centered, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, vitals, and individualized goal setting
• Complete new patient intakes and assist in developing personalized treatment and wellness plans
• Educate patients on meal planning, exercise routines, and sustainable lifestyle changes
• Provide guidance on prescribed medication regimens, supplements, and long-term health strategies
• Support and educate patients on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and peptide therapy protocols under provider supervision
• Monitor patient progress related to weight loss, hormone balance, and overall wellness, adjusting care plans as directed
• Administer IV therapies in accordance with clinic protocols
• Perform Botox injections (training/experience preferred; training may be provided)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• Experience or interest in weight loss, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, wellness, or aesthetic medicine
• IV therapy experience preferred
• Botox certification or willingness to obtain training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
