Registered Nurses RN

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our amazing team.

As our Registered Nurse, you will serve as a key member of the clinical team, providing training and education to clients, and families to maximize the physical well-being and safety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of all health related information which is included in client medical histories/referral information.
• Develops and monitors appropriate procedures for client medication management and maintains client health records as required.
• Evaluates the medical status of clients and coordinates required referrals to medical and health-related professionals, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the State of Nevada.
• Basic Life Saving Certification.
• One year professional experience in rehabilitation nursing, experience with adults with TBI and other disabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple distractions.
