Continental Manor, part of the Luxor Healthcare family, is looking for a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team on night shift. Our facility has a strong, hands-on management team and a supportive environment where you can build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and services to residents as ordered

• Monitor and document resident conditions and respond promptly to changes

• Assist with ventilators, oxygen therapy, and respiratory equipment

• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure quality resident care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

• Follow all facility, state, and federal guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Current RRT license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills

• Dependable, professional, and able to thrive during night shift

• Compassionate with excellent communication skills
