Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Work Schedule: Night Shift – 4x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

• Every weekend required (Saturday & Sunday + 2 additional weekdays)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide critical respiratory care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience and be comfortable working consistent weekend schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients in critical care and acute settings
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies
• Monitor ventilated patients and adjust settings as needed
• Respond to emergency respiratory situations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Float between facilities as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience (within ICU setting)
• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Strong critical care and ventilator management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Certifications & Licensure:

• NBRC (RRT) certification required
• Active state license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
