• Competitive hourly rate: $24.93 – $33.59, plus $2.33/hr night shift differential.

About the Role
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our 288-bed acute-care facility. Supported by a team of over 1,400 staff and 500+ providers, our hospital delivers exceptional patient care across specialized centers, including Behavioral Health, Cancer, Heart & Vascular, and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU).

As a vital member of the patient care team, you will provide expert respiratory care, utilizing advanced technology for both invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation, and supporting patients across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient respiratory status, including airway patency, breath sounds, and cuff pressures.
• Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy.
• Initiate, maintain, and monitor mechanical ventilation; assist with airway placement and transport of ventilator-dependent patients.
• Lead airway management and ventilation during emergencies and resuscitation.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and monitor therapeutic responses, intervening as needed to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care required.
• NBRC and State RRT credential required.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates and CRT-experienced RRTs considered.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (to be obtained within 30 days of hire); NRP (within 60 days of hire).
