Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift
Location: Zanesville, OH / Somerset, OH / Coshocton, OH
Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift | Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift for an exciting Travel or Local job in Zanesville, OH / Somerset, OH / Coshocton, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and assessments for acute care patients
• Manage ventilators, biPAP/CPAP systems, and oxygen therapy
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and monitoring
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate respiratory documentation within EPIC EMR
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist License (Must be active at submission)
• RRT or CRT Certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum three (3) years of acute care respiratory therapy experience
• Experience with ventilators, blood gases (ABGs), biPAP/CPAP, critical care respiratory support
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend

Certifications Required

• BLS/BCLS
• RRT or CRT Certification
• Active Ohio State License
