We’re seeking Registered Social Workers with a Master’s degree (requirement) to join our growing remote team in Manitoba.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct holistic assessments that address mental, emotional, social, and physical health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide 1:1 virtual counselling for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.
• Lead virtual group therapy sessions, workshops, or wellness programs that foster growth and resilience.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them to valuable community resources and support systems.
• Help clients improve mental wellness through boundary setting, stress management, and lifestyle guidance.

Coordination & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary GFIT team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active registration as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master's in Manitoba.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Experience in mental health, counselling, or community support roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
• A passion for holistic wellness and working within a collaborative, team-based model.
