Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various specialties, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as per doctor’s orders.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Assist in procedures and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
• 1–3 years of experience in a multispeciality setup preferred.
• Good clinical skills, teamwork, and communication.
• Willingness to work in shifts and emergency situations.
