Job Title: Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities :

As a Staff Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices. This includes administering medications, monitoring patient health status, assisting with diagnostic tests, and ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.

•Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient assessments, Files, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

•Coordination of Care: Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nursing staff to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

•Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medication regimens, discharge instructions, and ongoing health maintenance strategies, promoting health literacy and self-care.

•Emergency Response: Recognize and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions and reporting critical information to relevant medical personnel.

• Use of Medical Equipment: Operate and maintain medical equipment and devices safely and efficiently, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions immediately.

• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines, patient confidentiality, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice.

•Discharge files should be ready within 2 hours of discharge. It should be checked by the nursing staff on the day of discharge.

•For Insurance verification process, nursing staff should coordinate and ensure the verification process is done accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
