Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety as per medical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions

Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration, SpO₂)

Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes

Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols

Provide personal care and emotional support to patients

Educate patients and attendants about care, medication, and hygiene

Coordinate with doctors, and other healthcare staff

Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Eligibility / Qualifications

GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Patient-friendly and caring attitude

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Basic documentation and record-keeping skills

Knowledge of infection control and safety standards

Food only available for 24 hours shift

Duty Hours

As per duty schedule (8 / 10 / 12 /24hours shifts)

Salary

As per experience and duty hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,585.67 per month
