Registered Staff Nurse

Talentspoc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with UAE experience, a valid nursing license, and a driving license. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring high standards of medical support and patient comfort homecare settings.

You will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Your ability to drive will support your mobility between different healthcare locations as required, facilitating efficient and timely patient care delivery.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough assessments of patients and develop personalized nursing care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to medical directives.

- Monitor patient conditions and document all relevant observations and interventions.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

- Utilize driving skills to travel between healthcare facilities as needed for patient care.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Valid UAE nursing license and registration.

- Proven nursing experience within the UAE healthcare system.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage workloads in dynamic and fast-paced clinical environments.

- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care delivery.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
